One of the most important aspect apart from dealing with our daily chores, is mental health. In such times, we may feel overwhelmed by all the tasks that we may want to finish or we may experience that never ending slump where we never seem to achieve anything productive ever.

To avoid this mental roller coaster, I would advise you to address your current mental condition and take a few steps to actively take control of it. Rather than spending the next half hour over Candy Crush, you may head to YouTube and listen to a video on meditation.

Now I’m not asking you to download a new app, just another video. It may be a guided or non guided meditation. Just close your eyes and let it begin.

Fast forward a couple of days, you will realise the uplifting effects. You may then proceed to any free applications like Sattva, Headspace etc.

Let us together utilise this gift of abundance of time to create some abundance in our lives.
